Return Policy

At Jamestown Trading Company, known as "JamestownTrading.com", customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returning New and Unopened Items

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at james.r.nix@jamestowntrading.com with your order number and the details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether a refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

(if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at james.r.nix@jamestowntrading.com.

Exchanges

(if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at james.r.nix@jamestowntrading.com.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 3621 Pottsboro Rd #246, Denison, TX 75020

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable
